Maricopa County, Arizona - County of the Week

Our County of the week is Maricopa County, Arizona.

The reason we chose Maricopa County for our first County of the week is that both the Assessor and Recorder's sites:

1. Are very easy to use.
Follow some simple instructions, and you'll see your property data in no time.

2. Contain all the information you should need for a proper title search.
They have document images online from as far back as 1871!!!

3. Document images are available from both the Assessor's and Recorder's websites.
Once you find your property information on the Assessor's website, you'll see a link directly to the latest deed.

Maricopa County has had their information online for several years, so they've had time to improve upon their systems for accessing property information.

One thing to note is that their document images are stamped "Unofficial". If you intend to use these docs for Title Insurance, you might want to consult your attorneys before relying on such documents.

If you're ready to start searching Maricopa County records, click here. You'll be sent to the Maricopa Arizona listing in our County directory. From there, you can click on to the Assessor and Recorder's websites.

Iowa Caucus - Select Our Presidential Candidates

As Iowa prepares to select the first Presdential candidates, Google is on top of the game. No longer will you need to watch TV to find out who wins.

No, no, no...

Google and YouTube are working together with the local Iowa media to make sure all of the latest videos are available. It looks like anyone can upload videos to this site. So if you'll be attending the Iowa caucusus, and can take some video, make sure to share it with us. You can find these videos on the Des Moines Register's YouTube channel.

They've even created a Google Maps mashup to show caucus results by County! Their Iowa caucus map even shows various events related to the Presidential elections.

This is a great feature because Google provides so much more information than just who's winning or losing. I recommend that everyone check this out today, and I look forward to the other state caucusus being on Google as well.

Title Industry Search Launched!

Welcome to the first post from the CountySeeker.com Blog. I am continually adding information to the US County Database. Soon, we will have phone number, websites, and valuable information about each county in the United States.

If you have a specific County that you need information on, please visit the Contact Us page and send us your request. There is so much information to be updated that I'll start with requests from you first.

In addition to our database of County information, we have created a search engine specific to the title industry.
We have assembled a list of the best sites for news and information about the Title and Real Estate industry. If you're looking for RESPA information, legal news, or any other information related to the title industry, start your search at CountySeeker.com.

Check out our Title Industry, Mortgage, and Real Estate Search.

Ok, now that I've plugged all of our services, what do YOU want me to write about? Leave your comments here, and I'll center future posts around the topics you care about.

Thank you.
